We collect your email address when you join the waitlist or subscribe. We collect usage data (which panels you view) to improve the product. We store your trading preferences (universe tier, settings) to personalise your experience.
Your email is used to send your daily report and product updates. Usage data is used to improve the product. We do not use your data for advertising.
We process your email under contract performance (to deliver the service you signed up for) and legitimate interest (product improvement). You may withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.
Your email and preferences are held while your account is active and for 90 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.
We use Resend or Gmail to deliver emails. We use Alpaca for paper trading execution. These providers process data only as instructed. We do not sell data to third parties.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email eddie@bannermanmenson.com with any request. We will respond within 30 days.
The dashboard uses no cookies. Trading preferences are stored in your browser localStorage only — never sent to any third-party tracker.
Data is stored on a dedicated server with access controls. Emails are transmitted over TLS.
